Cancellation Policy

Since is offering non-tangible irrevocable files we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any package or file from our site. Please note you are responsible to know what you need exactly we are showing all our file listings here and you can see it without registration.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can happen with regardless of the specifications of the files we supply.

As a result, we accept requests for refund for the following scenarios:

have not downloaded the purchased item: If customer have not used his/her purchased package / have not used it and our system shows 0% usage, in this case we accept request to cancel and refund, also if customer purchased a file and have not yet downloaded it.

download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. We will check the file / files you downloaded if we realized that file is corrupted we refund you and cancel service from customer’s account up on request.

product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to us 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased files is not as described on the website.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return requests based on incompatibility of our files and services with any other third-party software or devices other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each file. We don’t guarantee that our files are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
